SALES NOTES
It should be noted that the goods for sale will be delivered to the successful bidders complete with documentation and without license plates, as the Seller will take care of deregistration of the same before delivery. Once the transfer procedures have been completed, it will be the responsibility of the successful tenderer to “nationalize the vehicle”, all costs due for completing this procedure (for example, the revision or testing of the vehicle) will be the exclusive responsibility of the successful tenderer. Si precisa che i beni oggetto di vendita verranno consegnati agli aggiudicatari completi di documentazione e privi di targa, in quanto il Venditore si occuperà della radiazione delle stesse prima della consegna. Una volta effettuate le pratiche di passaggio sarà onere dell’aggiudicatario provvedere a “nazionalizzare il mezzo”, tutti gli oneri dovuti per l’espletamento di tale pratica (a titolo esemplificativo la revisione o collaudo del mezzo) saranno posti ad esclusivo carico dell’aggiudicatario.
